Indoor facilities
Inside, the centre features two swimming pools: a main pool and a learner pool, both fully filled and ready for use.

The spacious sports hall is equipped with a high-quality sprung floor and a fully installed dividing wall, making the area highly flexible for different sports and events. On the first floor, you’ll also find squash courts as well as fitness and dance studios.

Technical installations and sustainability
The technical installations—including the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems—have been successfully commissioned, with a strong focus on energy efficiency. A key milestone was the installation of the ASHP units (Air Source Heat Pumps) on the roof of the plant room, an important sustainable feature of the building.

Outdoor space and landscaping
The outdoor areas have also been finished with great attention to detail. In the final weeks of construction, work was completed on the landscaping, including paving, green areas and an inviting entrance that gives the building an open and welcoming appearance.
