Scrum fits Lean toolbox nicely

The scrum training was something else!

Pushing, pulling, throwing, catching, sprinting – it all turned out to be a perfect match to the Lean tools that we are already using.

Decide what is necessary to achieve the goal together, each their specialty, short sprints, putting the heads together, adjust course if necessary, and on to the try-line together.

By just doing those things that contribute to the end target, you deliver more customer value and there is less waste – very Lean!
