Im Turm kommen 32 neue Hotelzimmer sowie Lobby und Rezeption f\u00fcr das benachbarte ibis-Hotel. \u00dcbrige Geschosse werden an verschiedenen Firmen und Projektorganisationen vermietet.<\/p>\n
