https://pellikaan.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/villaflorab_199-1.jpg1200800Voor de Floriade 2012, een mondiale tuinbouwtentoonstelling die in het Venlo GreenPark wordt gehouden, is Villa Flora gerealiseerd in opdracht van de Regio Venlo. In de combinatie van expositiehal en kantoorruimte vinden na de Floriade verschillende innovatieve bedrijven onder meer in de agrobusiness een onderdak. Pellikaan is via een Europese aanbesteding geselecteerd om dit project volgens Construct en Build opdracht te bouwen.
